You should receive an Shipping Confirmation e-mail with tracking info once the label has been created. If you did not receive any communication from us regarding your order, please e-mail us at info@marleyfragrance.com with your order number and we will be able to provide your tracking information.

Preorders: Please allow 4-5 weeks for deliveryPlease note that orders are processed during business hours Monday through Thursday. Any order placed after 2pm on Thursday will be processed the following Monday.

Once we receive your order, we will process it and then ship it to the destination.

Sorry about that! In a few cases, the carrier takes 1-2 business days to register your shipment status. If you never received tracking information, please reach out to info@marleyfragrance.com with your order number and we will provide you your tracking information.

Once the package leaves our facility and is in the hands of the carrier service (UPS or USPS), it becomes the responsibility of the carrier and the customer. Any issues regarding the delivery, including but not limited to delays, damages, or losses, must be addressed directly with the respective carrier service. We are not liable for any damages, losses, or delays that occur after the package has been handed over to the carrier. However, we will do our best to assist you in resolving any issues by providing relevant shipment information and documentation.
Returns & Exchanges

Products can be returned within 21 days of delivery, as long as they haven't been significantly used.If the product is unopened and unused (sealed bottle and box), we offer a full refund.
If the product was opened or lightly used, we offer a partial refund with a 30% deduction.
If the product is damaged or defective, we provide a replacement or full refund once it’s returned and inspected by our quality control team.To begin your return, contact us at info@marleyfragrance.com. Approved returns will receive a shipping label and instructions. Please note, items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Marley Fragrance does not include return slips in shipment, nor do we offer free returns. If you would like, you can email us at info@marleyfragrance.com and request a return label and we will deduct the cost of shipping from the amount that will go back to your payment method for the return.

Credit card refunds usually take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement upon receival of product being returned.
